NHS
One such example is with a major NHS organisation in the East Midlands. Being relatively young and emerging, only having been formed in 2006, the organisation is still forming and managing its transition. One of their primary objectives is to build an effective Executive team capable of leading, driving and managing in this growing environment.
We have worked with them to facilitate the transition of team members promoted to Director roles, focusing on effective leadership and helping them develop the skills and competencies to ensure successful career pathways.
